Quar Universal RNA-seq Lib Prep Kit for Illumina V2 is a fast library preparation kit mainly used for the transcriptomics library preparation, which could adapt to Illumina and BGI sequencing platforms. This kit could prepare transcriptomics library combining two ways of total RNA extraction, removing rRNAs with the probe or capturing mRNAs with the magnetic beads, which integrates the second strand synthesis, end repair and dA-Tailing into one step. After continuous optimization of the reaction system, the library conversion rate has been drastically improved, and an astounding library yield can be obtained even with low initial sample quantities.
