The new version of Dynegene's enzyme digestion fragmentation system includes an upgrade to the original enzymes and is set up as a separate module. The upgraded enzyme digestion library preparation kit performs well overall, with excellent fragmentation stability and superior fidelity. The enzyme digestion module V.2.0 is insensitive to reaction time and produces consistent fragmentation results at different working times, and exhibits good compatibility with both manual operations and automated workstation. Also, the upgraded enzyme digestion module has wider range requirements for the initial input amount of samples, and consistent performance can be obtained from 10 ng to 500 ng. Additionally, it allows for compatibility with blood, fresh tissue, FFPE and other sample types, and is thus suitable for various laboratory types carrying out complex NGS detection activities.
Key Features
-
Strong flexibility
The enzyme digestion module is set up as an independent module, and the library preparation of blood, fresh tissue and FFPE samples can be flexibly carried out according to user needs.
-
Excellent compatibility
DNA initial amount range from10 ng to 500 ng. Stable and consistent results for enzyme digestion can be obtained with different initial at the same enzyme digestion time
-
High stablity
Insensitive to enzyme digestion reaction time, compatible with automated library preparation platforms
-
Superior fidelity
Reduces chimerism to better restore the true state of samples
