The QuarPrep DNA Library Preparation Kit provides a variety of solutions for different samples and various sequencing platforms, and is suitable for a variety of sample types such as FFPE, cfDNA, and gDNA. After continuous optimization of the reaction system and adapter design, the library conversion rate has been drastically improved, and an astounding library yield can be obtained even with a low amount of input DNA. Fragmentation methods such as ultrasound or enzymatic fragmentation can be selected according to customer needs; adapters and primers can be selected according to different sequencing platforms, like Illumina, MGI or Ion Torrent platforms. In addition, by pairing with the Dynegene QuarHyb hybridization capture reagent, subsequent capture and enrichment processes can be completed.
Advantages
-
Compatible with Various Sample Types
Two kinds of kits are offered for DNA library preparation—enzymatic fragmentation-based or ultrasonic fragmentation-based kits, which are suited for various sample types including blood, fresh tissue and FFPE
-
Flexible Solution Pairing
Can be combined with the Dynegene full-length Y-adapter for PCR-free library preparation
When detecting low-frequency mutations, the Dynegene UMI system can be used to maximize the reliability of results
-
Excellent Connection Efficiency
Optimized connection module for improved connection efficiency
-
Low Background Noise in Library Preparation
Low base error rates and low chimerism percentages similar to ultrasonic fragmentation based library preparation greatly reduce the detection of "false positives"
