Next-generation high-throughput DNA synthesis
After nearly 10 years of dedicated research and development, Dynegene Technologies has successfully overcome the technical challenges involving multiple disciplines including synthetic chemistry, microfluidics technology, micro-nano processing and surface chemistry, and successfully developed the first high-throughput DNA in situ synthesis equipment with fully independent intellectual property rights based on microarray (chip) methodology in China. With the combination of industry-leading 3D inkjet printing technology and semiconductor chip technology, Dynegene Technologies can simultaneously synthesize a maximum of 4.35 million of DNA oligo of up to 300 nt in length, with excellent synthesis accuracy and uniformity, providing unlimited potential for NGS detection, gene synthesis, high-throughput library, and antibody drug screening.
