Next-generation high-throughput DNA synthesis

After nearly 10 years of dedicated research and development, Dynegene Technologies has successfully overcome the technical challenges involving multiple disciplines including synthetic chemistry, microfluidics technology, micro-nano processing and surface chemistry, and successfully developed the first high-throughput DNA in situ synthesis equipment with fully independent intellectual property rights based on microarray (chip) methodology in China. With the combination of industry-leading 3D inkjet printing technology and semiconductor chip technology, Dynegene Technologies can simultaneously synthesize a maximum of 1.5 million pieces of DNA oligo of up to 300 nt in length, with excellent synthesis accuracy and uniformity, providing unlimited potential for NGS detection, gene synthesis, high-throughput library, and antibody drug screening.

Double-stranded RNA probe technology

Based on a next-generation high-throughput DNA synthesis platform, Dynegene Technologies has developed the world's first double-stranded RNA probe technology, achieving a technological breakthrough in NGS capture probes. By factoring in the capture of double-stranded DNA genetic information and the thermodynamic characteristics of high flexibility and strong binding force of RNA probes, and combining highly optimized capture reagents, our technology can maximize the detection of variation information.
