QuarPrep Human rRNA Depletion Kit contains designed probes for human rRNAs (including 28S rRNA, 18S rRNA, 5S rRNA in cytoplasm and mitoribosome 12S, 5.8S rRNA). rRNAs from human RNA samples are removed by RNase H digestion and other messenger RNAs (mRNA) as well as non-coding RNAs are kept. This kit is also applicable for partially degraded RNA samples (such as FFPE RNA). RNA samples processed with rRNA removal can be used for high-throughput sequencing in analysis of mRNAs and non-coding RNAs, which could significantly improve the data utilization rate.
