Excellent capture performance across different panels
Using ultrasonically fragmented gDNA as the sample for library preparation (dynegene, NL1001), single-sample hybridization capture assays were performed with different panels (82kb, 540kb, 829kb, 41.5Mb). The results showed that the capture efficiency and uniformity for different panels were excellent.

Comparable performance to competing products
Using ultrasonically fragmented gDNA as the sample for library preparation (Dynegene, NL1001), hybridization capture assays were performed with a 41.5 Mb panel using Dynegene's DNA hybridization reagent NC1007 or a similar product from Company A. The sequencing results showed that Dynegene's capture reagent was comparable in performance to Company A's similar product.

Excellent capture performance in both single and multiple hybridizations
Using ultrasonically fragmented gDNA as the sample for library preparation (dynegene, NL1001), single and 12 samples hybridization capture assays were performed with an 829kb panel using DNA hybridization reagent NC1007. The sequencing results showed consistent capture performance in both 1- plex and 12- plex hybridizations.
