Better fragmentation stability:

The time variation within a certain range has less effect on fragmentation performances, so it is very suitable for the batch processing of samples on an automated workstation to improve the consistency between different samples.

Low base error rate:

In NGS sequencing , the reliability of gene mutation detection results can only be achieved by reducing false positives. The fragmentation enzyme and amplified enzyme selected for library preparation are key factors affecting reliability, and high fidelity enzymes can ensure a higher accuracy rate.

Lower chimerism:

The Dynegene V.2.0 library preparation kit was used to compare enzyme digestion with ultrasonic fragement, in combination with hybridization capture performed using the Dynegene Exome 3.0 Probe and QuarHyb One Reagent Kit, and sequencing was completed using the NovaSeq 6000 platform. The chimerism and standard deviations calculated by adjusting the data volume downward to a coverage of 100X are shown in the figure below. The proportion of chimeric reads for Enzyme Digestion V.2.0 is shown in the figure. The performance is close to those of ultrasonic fragmentation, and have a smaller floating range.
