QuarStar Pan-Cancer Panel 1000-Gene covers the coding regions of 1,000 cancer-related genes，the intronic regions of hotspot genes such as ALK and ROS1, as well as MSI chemoradiotherapy sites. With a DNA probe size of 2.7 Mb, it enables detection of multiple variant types, including base substitutions, insertions/deletions, copy number variations, microsatellite instability, and tumor mutational burden.
