Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) refers to a gene cluster located on the short arm of human chromosome 6, encoding the Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC). HLA typing is widely used in organ transplantation, immune-related disease diagnosis, drug hypersensitivity testing, forensic medicine, and other fields.
Dynegene has launched the QuarStar HLA probe series, designed against the full-length polymorphic sequences of all alleles in the IPD-IMGT/HLA Database. Covering both HLA class I and class II genes, these probes enable high-resolution HLA typing.
