HLA, or Human Leukocyte Antigen, refers to a gene cluster located on the short arm of human chromosome 6, encoding the Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC). HLA typing is widely used in organ transplantation, diagnosis of immune-related diseases, drug hypersensitivity testing, forensic medicine and other fields.
Dynegene has launched several QuarStar HLA probes, which are designed against the full-length polymorphic sequences of all alleles in the HLA database (IPD-IMGT/HLA Database). Covering HLA I and HLA II genes, these probes enable high-resolution HLA typing.

Highlights
-
Designed based on the full-length polymorphic sequences of relevant genes from the latest HLA database (IPD-IMGT/HLA database), enabling high-resolution HLA typing.
-
High-density tiling design strategy to improve coverage uniformity.
-
Based on HLA I and HLA II genes, three probes have been launched to meet different detection needs; they can also be mixed with other panels.
