The experiment used standard NA12878, Input 100 ng and enzymatic fragmentation for library preparation (QuarPrep EZ DNA Library Kit 1.0, Dynegene, NL1002). QuarXeq Human All Exon Probes 1.0 (Dynegene, NY1001) was used as the panel for capture, and QuarHyb One Reagent Kit (Dynegene, NC1003)as the capture reagent .Automated process uses built-in applications of the instrument. 750 ng of Pre-PCR library per sample was used for single-hybridization. Manual operations were carried out according to the product instructions.
