Flexible configuration with other panels

Figure 1. Ultrasound library preparation (Dynegene, NL1001) was performed using NA12878 as the sample, with a library input of 500 ng. Overnight hybridization (Dynegene, NC1003) was performed using the QuarXeq mitochondrial panel (Dynegene, NY1035) alone or the QuarXeq mitochondrial panel combined with WES1.0 panel (Dynegene, NY1001). The results demonstrate that the QuarXeq Mitochondrial Panel delivers excellent capture performance either when used alone or in combination with WES.
Excellent Capture Performance

Figure 2. DNA extracted from dry blood spots of six clinical cases was used as the sample. Libraries were prepared using enzymatic fragmentation (Dynegene, NL1002), followed by a six-plex hybridization capture using the QuarXeq mitochondrial panel (Dynegene, NY1035) and overnight hybridization reagents (Dynegene, NC1003). The results demonstrate that the mitochondrial probe panel also exhibits excellent capture performance for clinical samples.
