Higher Library Conversion Rate:
The increase in ligation efficiency can directly lead to an increase in the conversion rate of the library. For this reason, we have also adjusted and optimized the ligation system to improve library quality, and the data shows that Dynegene's three adapter types all exhibited extremely high ligation efficiency.
Figure 1. 100 ng of single fragment DNA was used to ligate a truncated Y-adapter. The results show that ligation efficiency rate of Dynegene's adapters was more than twice as high as that of competing products.
